Cracked cricket bat

I bought a GM Argon cricket bat last week Tuesday for my 9 year old son. The bat cracked at the first practise session. I was told by Mr Price staff that we used an incorrect ball. The bat is made of Kashmir willow and therefor a soft cricket ball must be used. I have never heard of soft cricket bats or soft cricket *****. I was never warned about this by Mr Price staff when I bought the bat and there were no warnings on the product that only soft cricket ***** must be used. <br> <br> Mr Price now refuse to refund me for the damaged bat.
