Courier refuses to make the delivery

The company (Fastway Couriers) you used to send the package does not deliver throughout South Africa & wants me to come to them and fetch the bulk items.

If you fail to deliver the items by the 22 of November (within the 7 working days) as mentioned on your' website, can you please refund my money.
