Courier costs for online purchases

<p>I bought a kids size pair of Goggles, a Snorkel and a pair of Flippers on line, which said that one size fits all. I paid R199.99 which included R50.00 for courier costs.</p> <p>When the set arrived it was a size small and definitely would not fit my 5 year old grand daughter. I made enquiries with regards to returning the items and was told I could go into the nearest Mr Price Sports store, which I did.</p> <p>I went to MRP Sports at the Pavillion in Westville. Firstly the counter staff were extremely unfriendly and hardly even greeted me, the lady on the counter didn't know how to return an item and called on another gentleman to assist her, he was even less friendly. </p> <p>They rang up the return and it amounted to R149.99 and so I asked about the Courier costs, only to be told VERY rudely that those costs were not refundable. So I said so I'm losing out here ? To which I got no reply, so I asked the gentleman to please acknowledge me and to reply to me. So he just said yes and walked away. </p> <p>I was refunded R150,00 and had to pay R9.00 for parking, so all in all I lost R59.00 for an item I ordered on line which said one size fits all.</p> <p>I needed to bring this to your attention as I am not happy at all and I will never be ordering on line again if this is the way customers get treated.</p> <p>Mrs CP Cross</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
