Concerned about staff member and excellent service

I was at Mr price sports eastrand mall today and the service was great, I was assisted from the door to the back by a sweet pregnant lady however my concern is that she was kneeling down near the ***** you can could see she was in pains because she had tears in her eyes, I helped her stand up and advised her to ask to go home, she was not okay. Please take care of your employees so they can give us excellent service everyday. Thank you
