Complete online delivery failure - don't waste your time

Complete incompetence from the Mr Price Sport team. Placed an order on a Friday for click and collect. The Sunday I received an update to say the order was shipped. It is now 11 working days since that update, and still the order has not been delivered to the store. Assuming the order was picked in their Durban DC, it is still shocking that it takes their supply chain 11 working days to transport one package from Durban to Cape Town. So what I am saying - don't waste your time ordering online with Mr Price Sport. Their call centre agents cannot give clear answers on where the order is. I actually went to the store, in the hope that they received the order without updating the system. But they couldn't care less. Not even trying to make an effort to follow up while I wait, phone someone in their logistics department - nothing!

Don't offer online deliveries/click & collect if you cannot execute the strategy.
