Complaint Regarding Invalid Voucher and False Advertising

I visited your Mr Price Sports store in Canal Walk today, 10 August 2024, at approximately 13:00. I purchased a hockey bag for my daughter, valued at R250.00, and intended to use a voucher provided by her school last week. Upon reaching the till, I inquired with the Manager about how to apply the voucher. To my surprise, I was informed that it was no longer valid. However, there is no expiration date indicated on the voucher, and the store is still actively advertising this promotion in the front window. When I asked if the voucher could still be checked, I was told no. I am deeply concerned and disappointed by the false advertising and the lack of clarity regarding the voucher’s validity. My daughter had saved her money in anticipation of using this voucher, and it was quite upsetting for her to find out that it was not accepted despite the ongoing adverti*****t. Could you please confirm whether the voucher is still valid and if I can receive the discount after already purchasing the item? I have been a loyal customer of your store, and this experience has left me feeling quite disheartened.
