Complaint non existence Customer service

Mr Price sport in Centurion Mall has non existence service delivery no help on floor. I could not reach out to a knapsack that was hanging high I waited after I called for help for 4 min. Before anyone assisted then there was no price on the item next I stood waiting at the till point although there were two cashiers only one was serving the other was standing around talking to another staff member ignoring all customers in a arrogant manner
