COMPLAINT: MR. PRICE

COMPLAINT ABOUT MR. PRICE SPORT: Shop UG63, Loch Logan Waterfront, 105/7 Henry St, Willows, Bloemfontein, 9301 I have bought an on-line voucher for my son as a birthday present. I have received the order confirmation and he has received the sms with the voucher number and reference. He went to the Mr Price Sport Loch Logan Waterfron in Bloemfontein and they could not help him and insisted on the physical card before he can purchases something. He tried to explain how does a online voucher worked to them but that was a waste of time. How can Mr. Price hire such *********** staff who does not even know how the products of the business are working? This is really poor service and also unacceptable.
