Clothes of poor quality

We have purchased boys shell active shorts from Mr Price Sport, the quality was so bad after the second wash the shorts tore in the middle and it is unrepairable. It cannot be exchanged as it was worn. The quality is not what the clothes used to be and you pay an arm and a leg for the clothing after a second wash the clothes tear appart and not repairable.
