Click and Collect Service Takes Way Too Long

Good Day. I placed an order on the 1st of February. I opted for the click and collect because generally this option is quicker. My order is very small, only two items. I don't understand why I have not received any correspondence to collect my order? If I track the order it went from processing to ready to ship to shipped all in the same day, which was on the 1st of February. Today is not the 8th of February, please help me understand, where exactly the delay is?? Should i have rather shipped the product to my house? Its a bit irritating that a click and collect service can take so long.
