Cannot Exchange Wrong Underware size, even untouched and less than 24 hours old

I bought Mens Underware, from Mr Price Sport, Eastgate not realising the size was wrong.

Last night, i was going to try on one of the underwear that i bought, and realised i bought the wrong size, i didn't even take it out the box, i saw on the side of the box, that it was the wrong size SM amd Not LXL as i thought. I went to Mr Price Sport Rosebank today, to replace it for a bigger size and was told, we cannot change it as we do not allow changing for Underware even if the size is the wrong size.

Mr Price Sports should have their staff ask the customer, upon purchasing underware, to confirm that they have taken the right size, as underware cannot be returned.

Instead i had a to buy the Extra Large size and keep the kiddies underware for me as well, as Mr Price Sports will not accept the smaller size. The staff at Rosebank Mr Price Sport were completely unhelpful.

Very disappointed.
