Brand Fail - Online Purchase mess up by MR Price Sport

I ordered a karate suit for my son on the online store, today the incorrect size was delivered, after numerous attempts to contact someone for assistance the best they can offer is that they will collect and refund me. This does not help, the fact is that he urgently needs a karate suit for his grading and that no suit in his size is available at any store in my area. This was exactly the reason I purchased online.
