I am truly not happy with the service i received from the shop, the ignorance that is happening the.

My parcel was delivered on the wrong address, second no communication was done or was i even let know to collect my parcel, the reciever are the store neglected my parcel as she was supposed going on leave. And my parcel was sitting at the store for two weeks and no one cared about it until i had to be the doing calls and traveling to find the where about of the parcel, further more my order was canceled without communication with. Feels like a **** from Mr price. I then requested my money back and now still they have not refunded me. They can keep the money right now. I'm exhausted emotionally and mentally
