Bad service provided by Me Price Sport and their delivery company Fastway couriers

Mr Price Sport I ordered gym wear that I am supposed to be wearing this weekend at the comrades marathons on the 2nd of June 2021, I was under the assumption that they would be delivered within 3-5 working as your competitors usually do and clearly I was wrong. I started enquiring about my order on Monday at your call centre and I wasn’t given any direction and there was nothing done on the order( not yet shipped).frustrated by this I called again on Wednesday and my parcel was still not shipped and the lady that assisted me said she would have to communicate with fastway via email and I would have to call back again to get update. Yesterday I called again and this time I asked for the Manager and the consultant that was helping me assured me that the Manager by the name of Noxolo would call me back. Till today I have not received that call. Today I check again on the order on your WhatsApp line and I see that the parcel is in Transit and it’s between Johannesburg and East London I then call the East London Fast way Courier depot office and they tell me the parcel will only be delivered on Tuesday Imagine!

I had previously held Mr Price Sport in the highest of regards but after this I’m very disappointed and angry

There was no direction from the consultant I kept calling There is no indication of turn around time of when clients are supposed to receive their orders As previously mentioned I wanted to wear this gym wear this weekend at comrades and now being told I’ll only receive it Tuesday

Fast forward to the week of my supposed delivery, item was supposed to be delivered Tuesday the 15 of June an order I ordered in the 2nd of June 2021..they don’t deliver till Friday the 18 of June, wach day I was told that the item will be delivered “Tommorow”

Finally items were delivered on Friday and Icing on top of the cake delivery Guys don’t do a door to door delivery they stand at some random place call all the pipe they are supposed to be delivering too to come to the van and collect their items Bad service gone worse, sies!
