Bad service mr Price Sport Retail crossing

I went to buy a netball and soccer ball. Had to run around to get assistance. The ***** was flat. Spent an hour waiting for ***** to be filled with air. Was then told they fo not gave a pin to do it. Asked for manager- she was a lady. Did not take her name. She told them to assist me by taking a pin from floor. Not sure why this could not be done. The lady who assisted me was walking around with a blue pump trying to blow air i to it. She then told me it does not work. She told me that I can have it done by any garage. I took ***** today. Then was told they need a pin. I had to go look for a pin. Had to buy a set costing R85. Went to garage where attendant blew it up with pin. Now soccer ball has a round ball standing out. Looks like it has torn on one side. If mr Price gave me the service as was expected this would not have happened. This was a gift for a special needs school who does not have soccer *****. I cannot donate it and therefore lost money. This is not acceptable at all.
