Bad service from cashier, no manager to be found.

Today I went to Mr Price Sports, when I was ready to pay I went to the check out counter and waited to be served, I was the only one in the line. The lady who served me walked towards the till in such a uninterested way. She asked me how I was going to pay in such a quiet voice that I had to say pardon twice. Once my transaction had gone through(I used my card)she proceed to throw my card onto the counter in my direction. The cashier then proceeded to swing the rotating keypad at a speed in my direction. I proceeded to walk to the Home side of the shop and asked a lady at the till who the manager was for the Sports side, she told me his name was Gert, so I walked over to a sales attendant and asked him who Gert was and he said Gert is leaving at 14h00 and this was 13h40 so I asked may I please see him, and the attendant said he is having coffee with his mom in the centre. The attendant offered to take me to the coffee shop, I said it is fine, not to worry.Is it just me, if I am due to leave work at 14h00 I don't organise coffee dates until after my shift is done?<br> My till slip says:<br> Assistants name is:Junaina Hendricks<br> Store manager:Gert Gouws<br> Please assist me in this regard.<br> Thanks
