Bad service

I went to mr price sport on 28/01/2023 to buy soccer boots and under arm t-shirt, then the Assistant "Khotso (KHRAM)" told me that they dont have plastics anymore i must buy a bag for R5, this annoyed me as a customer how can i be forced to buy a bag while i spent R729 in the shop. this assistant was rude he even told me that i must leave the goods if i dont want to buy a bag and i ended up taking my soccer boots without a plastic, Mr price needs to bring back plastics and not force us to buy their R5 bags. i asked the manager Hangwani to ask for a plastic at mr price clothing cause its next to mr price sport and she refused. This mr price sport is at Maponya mall shop 6, their service is bad. BRING BACK FREE PLASTICS WE CANT BE FORCED TO BUY R5 BAGS!!!!
