Bad Service and Product Incorrectly supp**** from Mr Price Sport

<p>I am regular customer of Mr Price Sport and Mr Price, I received a gift from a friend while I was in the process of moving. Upon unpacking the boxing gloves I noticed that the boxing gloves was in fact 2 left hand side gloves.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then contacted Mr Price Sport telephonically and spoke to one of the staff members and they took down my details stating that they would contact me back to check the stock and have them exchanged. After received no telephonic feedback from Mr Price (Three Rivers branch) I then proceeded to go to this branch this weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>Apon entering the store I was aproached by a sales lady and requested assistance and explained that the package had two left hand gloves. She then informed me that they might not stock it any more. Then she proceeded to the sales counter to check stock availibility using the excisting barcode on the product. The system showed that no stock was on hand in the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>The sales lady then told me that it is old stock and that they do not have any stock and they can not exchange it and was sold for R10. I find this impossible that the gloves was sold for only R10. But yet when I checked myself on the shelve the exact same model number and size and make was priced for almost R300( even tough she said there was no stock). I do not want a refund I just want to exchange the set for a left and right hand glove that was incorrectly sup**** for the use intended.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this tipe of service from Mr Price Sport ( Three Rivers ) shocking to say the least, and the attitude of the sales staff. A human being only has a left and a right hand, and not two left. Also the Consumer Protecion Act clearly states that if a product is supp**** incorrectly the product is to be exchanged for the correct one by the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>The only thing I require is that the corret set of gloves be provided.
