Bad service and false advertising

This morning we went to Mr Price sport to buy sandles. When we got to the store there was a big bord at the sandles stating '2 for R149'. We took 2 paires of sandles when we got to the counter it charged us full price. The person behind the counter had no idea what was going on. She was running around and calling people. She stated to us that one of the paires wasn't on promotio although it was at the promotion stand. So we went back and took a different pair. When she ringed it up. It also was not on promotion. We then left the shop. The service and advertising is unacceptable. The staff was uninformed and the advertising makes clients looks like idiots when they get to the counter. And on a Sunday morning at month end there was one cashier chatting long stories to someone while we are waiting for assistance and after she started to help us she was still takking to this person over our heads. That was extremely unprofessional.
