Bad service

What a depressing and bad service I received from Mr price online. I ordered on the 25 of September, every day I checked my order status it says processing for days, I have been following up with them via whatsapp chat, I must say the service is very bad, they respond and end the chat without me reply or asking questions, I spoke to Lungile and Bongeka I must say their service is very bad, they did not help at all and they close the chat without asking questions, Yvonne and Berline managed to assist to get my order shipped… am so depressed by this service, I need my order before Friday.. I called the courier company city logistics, they also did not help, they transferred me to different people and they hanged up
