Do not purchase an online gift voucher. My nephew was turned away from The store as staff insisted on an account number? Like it’s an order number not account number and why don’t you send it on sms to the recipient of the voucher to begin with!!! Give them all details to redeem the voucher??? It’s a Christmas gift voucher so frustrating … Get your admin right please people How damn difficult is that?
