BAD SERVICE

I ordered and paid a long tight and a per of hockey socks on the 12/ 07/24, to this day, I am yet to receive my order. I bought this specifically for 702's Walk the Talk that will take place on the 28th of July 2024. I tried to send an email and I kept getting an error message. I have been calling the ***and my order number is *** and to no available, I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes. So at this point, I am angry and I received a email stating that my order was delivered on the 25th of July 24 and that is a total lie. At this point I want my refund and I shall never shop with Mr price sport online because their customer service is pathetic. I WANT MY REFUND.
