Bad service

3 times up and down to the store and still they give the wrong item Eventually i ask for a voucher to purchase online since they figured they do not have stock and they give me a voucher that can only be used on store yet i asked 3 times are they sure it can be used online

Now how will i use this voucher since they have no stock and who will compensate for the time and petrol that i keep running to and fro from the mall
