Bad service

Bad bad service, I bought kiddies swimming fins set at Mr Price Sport Eastgate that I had to return due to size reasons, everything was still intact, 👌 however they said they cannot refund me because of the mouthpiece, mind you everything is still intact nothing has been used I suggested to them I can keep the mouthpiece they can charge.. still said no. that's bad service.
