Bad service

I have been trying to get hold of Mr Price clothing in Somerset West which is part of Mr Price Sport and Mr Price Home.

There is an item that I saw online and wanted to find out if they have, at first I called Mr Price Sport not knowing that they are divided even though they are the same name and the name and in the same building, so when I called the first time, I was told that they do not work with Mr Proice clothing so they do not know the number of Mr Price clothing.THe lady then took my name and number and said she would call me back with Mr Price's clothiung number, Since today I have been waiting for her call. Today I call them again, this time I specifically ask this lady to please get me Mr Price Clothing number , she told me " Sorry mam, we are too busy to do that" I asked her if she just told me she will; not get me the number, she said yes, she can not get me the number because they are too busy.

I need the number because I can not drive to Mr Price for a item that they might not have, the first time I ended up buying online and guess what, the item is too small for me. So I want to call them and find out if they have this item and size before I drive to the shop...but their staff can not get me the number. Poor service they have, they do not value or even care about their customers.
