Bad service

Went to Mr price Humansdorp at 12:20 yesterday to pay off a laybye, the store was closed,with a Security personnel at the door. Pleaded to her that I have been coming for the 4th time this to the store and I find the store closed due to loadshedding. The personnel went and call someone who works at the store,a lady(Mr price)personnel came closer to the door and she said it's closed and she turned back,didn't even want to listen to my pleading. I called the Customer Care line because I was unhappy about the service,spoke to Zandile.
