Bad Service

My order no*** was placed on 12/01/2022 has up o no not been delivered. I wrote an email on 19/01/2021 and has not received a feedback. I phoned today for 3 times an was placed on hold three times. Their service is shocking and disappointing. I wish to cancel my order and be refunded
