BAD SERVICE

<p>Trying to purchase Dri-Sport long sleeve top, which we have purchased before. Emailed code on the the garment and was kept being told it does not exist. I them asked if they have anything else in that line of clothing and I was told to look on the site, which I gave up on which is why I emailed them.</p> <p>I then found the site where Mr Price advertised Cancer awareness and suppor by promoting their UV Shield range clothing, on the site it says click to Veiw clothing, message comes up, don't know what u looking for.</p> <p>when going into the branch in Aliwal North and asking for the Dri-sport & UV range, no-one even knew what I was asking for, never heard of that clothing. They contacted a PE branch which also did not know what I was asking for.</p> <p>why advertise all this and staff does not even have a clue of what is stocked.</p> <p>I am still waiting for a response from my email today asking if they could just let me know if they stock these items.</p> <p>If there is anyone @ Mr Price who can help me pls. I have emailed a lady @ customer services but she told me to check the site & when asked to send me someone else's contact of who could help me I have had no response.</p>
