Bad service

Just like to bring under your attentions that your store at Mr PRice sport at Wonderboom junction is having bad service

For a big retail store we expected at least some sort of service but no service at all.

Went to your store thia morning to buy blow up matrass, nobody to assist, when i get to front manager or so called manager advise that i need to wait a few minutes as they busy with cash up from yesterday, waited and waited then eventually she told the other lady to assist, o no sorry se cannot help with account payments or to buy on account only caah, i need to come back after 30 minutes

Went back to the store after the time paid my account and then she told me sorey your payment is not reflecting i need to pay in.... Mm but on the slip i paid it stated my actual credit avalable, she ask the ao called manager and she wasnt feeling like helping she said something in her language and boom sorry this is it, this never happend before i always pay my account and buy at the same time

I am ashame to say i am a customer of you store as this is so bad services that i am receiving

Chances thatbi will visit your store wont be in the near future.

Think in 2022 atleast what we deserve is some customer service for things we are paying for
