Bad pathetuch service from Thandiwe

Ive never been this disappointed, I was at Mall of the South 5minutes back to bail out my aybe at Mr Price Sports which is due in Feb so i saw an item for my daughter which i took from the shelf' went to the tills to pay for the laybye which is due in Feb and to do another lay bye the cashier was ok with everything until jer manager Thandiwe Simelani came in the pic.Theyre told me they're offline and must go withdraw the money to pay cash i went to the atm and when i returned with the money the story changed, Thandiwe Simelani told me that she rudely told me that i can no longer lay bye the new item because she implemented the new policy with head office a policy that states that the minimum laybe value is R 500 or more items less than R500 cannot be lay byed. She started getting agitated as I asked her to please print out that lolicy because even the items i came to bail out were less than R500 and was only two items so she started going on at me ans swearing at me telling me that ngiyabonakala because I buy cheap staff. She told me she was doing me a favour by helping me out by giving me the otems i came to fetch and her pregnant collegue started helping her out.When i went to Mr Price clothing to ask the about the R500 thing and they no nothing about it , all they know is there's no specific lay bye amount but 10% is the only amount required . Thandeka Simelani has got anger issues',personal and doest wanna drive sale she really needs anger management training and shws in a wrong profession' its my first time hearing a manager or supervisor swearing in a store
