Bad online order delivery
I have place an online order on the 3rd of August 2024 and it was supposed to arrive on 11th of August 2024 at Mr Price Sport Merino Mall Ermelo but still nothing and there annoying part is there are no update the last update was on the 3rd when i placed the order. today its the 12th and still no update.

It is now the 17th of September still no delivery from Mr Price Sport, they not even helpful they keep on not attending to their issues with their courier company ( City Logistics) which had the items since the 3rd of September.
you are really disappointing to your customers, at this point i will be closing my account cause this treatment we do not deserve it at all. you should consider changing the courier company you work with cause wow!.
