Bad delivery service

The delivery time is unacceptable. I am still waiting for an order placed in May, it's stuck on processing. Yet, I placed another order after that, and the parcel was already delivered. There is no reply from them on email, calls or facebook. If there is a backlog, why not be proactive and schedule deliveries for weekends as well. Your customer servive needs urgent attention.
