Bad Customer Service
Their customer service is bad. I place an online order and part of the order arrived. To my surprise the main thing that i wanted didn't arrive and they did not bother to contact me. Then i decided to call them the next day only to find out that they are out of stock. They told me my account was refunded without notifying me.
