Bad Customer Service

Very bad customer service!

After I've been to three different stores to find a specific pair of shorts, the lady at Table Bay Mall found 2 pairs of medium (which is what I have been searching for) at the Promenade Mall in Mitchells Plain. I asked her if that branch could possibly send the shorts to Table Bay Mall, she said yes. She phoned them to order the shorts, and was told that they only have a size large available. I said that will be fine, please order it. So she did and I was told it will take 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks passed, and I got no phone call or feedback. She phoned Promenade Mall Mr Price Sport, and was told by the manager that the shorts were never shipped.

I was told that they will phone again on the Monday and will give me a call to let me know that it was indeed being shipped. Another week passed, and no call. So I went back there yesterday just to be told that the shorts are no longer available.

3 weeks later, no shorts and as promised, absolutely no communication to keep me updated on the progress. I had to drive there twice to ask what was happening.

This is TOTALLY unacceptable.

As I walked out of the store in Table Bay Mall, I overheard the employees saying that it is not the first time the lady at Promenade Mall has "forgotten" to ship an order.

I am very disappointed.
