Bad Customer Service

<p>I wen't to Mr Price Sport store to pay the balance of my account and close the account at the same time. This was on the 12th of March. They gave me a form to fill and they told me they will fax it to the head office and my account will be closed within 2 weeks. End of March i went to Mr Price to buy clothes cash and i asked them if my account has been closed, they checked and they said no; not yet. It might take a few weeks before they close it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i receive a statement saying that i have a balance of R21, which is protection plan for April and May. Why am i supposed to pay this when i closed my account in March?? Ridiculous! I don't want anything to do with this account.</p> <p> </p> <p>*** </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
