Bad customer service

I bought a bra that no one told me that I couldn't return...every other store bras are returnable.. they insist that someone told me when they didnt and refuse to take it back. I work hard for every single cent I spend its R250... bad customer service no manager in store either No placard up either to say bra are refundable I understand underwear and swimwear...
