bad customer service

On saturday I went to mr price sport in benoni lakeside mall to refund an item. as i got to the tills the cashier its a pity i dont know her name as she had no tag on.. as i was in the que whilst she still busy with another customer she asked me if i was paying an account and i said no m refunding and she says she will c if she can help me coz the system is offline and funny part was slips were printing on her system as she was helping a customer who was making a purchase. then she called me to come and i told her i want to refund the backpack she asked for the item tag and i told her i dont remember if it had it or not coz my husband bought it not me. so she made a comment out loud to her fellow collegue that stock take is around the corner and they cant afford to be having stock without tags and i kept quite... and again she said she cant pick up tne email address on the slip and i told her i am not sure why did my husband put an email with my sons as he doesnt have an email address, i then said to her its ok il call their customer service maybe they will assist me then suddenly she managed to pick it up on the system. she then called for authorisation and whilst waiting they were talking about getting their nails done n so forth... i am really not happy at all having to spend so much time to do a refund with that kind of attitude amongst the staff member and the management. i mean i work for TFG and i am also a manager in my store and i surely dont treat customers the way i was treated.
