Bad Customer Service
Bought a pair of shoes for my son yesterday at Greenstone. Was helped by no one despite purchasing 3 different items. When we arrived home there were 2 right shoes in the box. My son left at 7am this morning on a 5 day school excursion. I cannot begin to tell you how frustrated and disappointed I am.
I was there customer. No customer service.

31 May 2019, 08:51I received a response from my complaint on their website wasn't very satisfactory until the regional manager called. They have resolved the problem and made an enough while acknowledging the error.
