BAD Customer Service

So I joined a gym. And the people at the gym said I should shop at MR Price Sport for gym clothes. I walked into the shop and there was 2 ladies working for Mr Price Sport just standing there having the chat of their life. As I am new to this whole gym thing I was just looking for someone to help me. They did not offer to help( I passed them like 5 times) I walked out of the shop without gym clothes and really iterated of the service.
