Bad Customer Service

I placed an order more than a week ago. I cannot track it for some reason and when I want to contact them the email fails to send. I paid for the delivery to be within 7 days it has been more than that. The order number is ********** 29075. Please I just want to know when I will get this order. The delivery time is pathetic. I never have this problem.
