BAD CLIENT SERVICE MR PRICE SPORT ONLINE ORDER

Hi placed an online order 21/08/2022 - The update was made 26/08/2022 shipped, I kept on following up since last week 30/08/2022 cause status keep showing shipped - got a reference number 698738 where i was promised by my 3rd call my status will update before COD 05/09/2022 - this morning still shows the same status - Shipped. When i phoned the call centre this morning, twice was place on hold for 7+ minutes and no feedback. No one can tell me what happened to my parcel - i paid for something i am not getting
