Bad bad management

I paid my goodies and it went through my bank got the sms. They say it did not go through on there side. So they phone the bank and the bank has confirmed with me the money is out my account.

So store manager said the bank will reverse the money...... Ja sure the what ever. I left with non of my stuff and it was paid!!!!!!!
