BAD ATTITUDE & CAN'T GET THROUGH

I called Fourways mall to ask for the number for Mr Price Sport, i was told i had to call the customer care line, which i did and help on listening to the pathetic music for 4 minutes to finally have someone tell me that the stores don't have telkom lines, BUT when i search for stores it has the lines advertised online... not only did she lie to say they don't have telkom lines but then she preceeds to argue and make me wait for another 4 minutes before putting me through to the apparent store. If they don't have telkom lines then what lines do they have exactly. I get "put through" and NO-ONE answers!!! Seriously!!! Disgusting attitude call centre person, sadly i didn't receive her name however have the time for YOU Mr Price to listen and find out who she is the time i spoke to this person was at 13h25pm. AND STILL THE PHONE IS RINGING WITH NO1 PICKING UP... THAT STORE WON'T LAST AT THIS RATE
