Bad attitude

Good day i can't believe the poor terrible service i have received at mr price sport Bloemfontein in mimosa mall I'm shocked i myself work in retail and i go out of my way to assit my customers and make them feel wanted,me and my partner were shopping for her for gym shoes and there was a pair she liked as we walked into the store we already received a vibe of what are you doing here so we went on i searched for the boxes of the shoe that was standing on the shoe display counter i searched for the box and could not find anything, so i decided to ask for assistance the lady didn't even greet me or nothing she took her time and then called a guy to come and assist us i said hallo he couldn't even say hallo he looked so unhappy if someone past in his family or personal life as we waited he even couldn't assit us but as we got in the store i notice him looking at us but still not responding to come and assit im sooo disgusted in the service i got from that place and i almost buy all my clothing for gym there but its true one bad experience can change everything this is not how they would like to be treated by me in my shop
