There was an item missing from my order. I queried this via email and on the company's Facebook page - my first query was 12 DAYS AGO! I have heard NOTHING from these people - they are quick to take your money, and not so quick to deliver, and completely IGNORE you when there is an issue! They should actually just remove all customer service contact details from their website, because THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
