Angry customer

Hi On the 19 January 2022 I bought some item at Mr Price church street clothing they double charged me R300.18 next day I went back for refund they say I must wait for 24 hours for the transaction to run the following day I went they send me to capitec which is my bank I went capitec said they can reverse the money but they will charge R80 o said no I went Mr Price they gave me a letter to take it to bank I went back to bank still they insist on R80 charges I called the manage of Mr Price she promise to refund the R80 then I agreed with the back to reverse but the bank told me that money is at absolute Mr Price bank it was on the 24 of January 2022 ever since these no refund I send Mr Price email several times to resolve the matter cause I want my money please help me out I'm so disappointed with Mr Price so furious with their customer care they failed me big time
