Angry and disappointed by Mr Price Sport Sandton City

I am writing this about the unprofessional behaviour I received from Mr Price sport at Sandton city on Saturday the 29th of August 2026.

I was assisted by one of the male cashiers there and I was paying by card. He was at a till but did not use the POS machines attached to that till station. I paid on that POS as he asked and that machine did not produce a receipt I was told I didn’t pay. I have to call my bank to verify since the money had already been deducted from my bank account. The 2 apparent seniors at the store refused to give me back my money or the items I’ve paid for as they heard the confirmation from my bank telling them the funds were successfully taken from my account. They insisted that I would be refunded after 24 hours and it’s been over 48hours. Bheki was very useless and gave me attitude together with Nonhlahla that did not want to understand anything instead to take my money.

The customer service I received on Saturday was the worst I have ever experienced. They have zero respect or people skills yet they’re the ones who are supposed to be assisting clients . They are now harassing me on WhatsApp and not giving me back my money
