Agent Useless

If you contact their support line and get connected to an agent called "Yvonne", you might as well end the conversation immediately. Contacted their support line to confirm the courier and the tracking number, as the provided tracking number does not work on the courier's website after 2 days even. The agent, "Yvonne", confirmed it. I then told the agent that that tracking details does not work...the agent says it does not work for them either and washed their hands of the situation.

Upon asking the agent to then find out why it isn't registering/working, the agent very rudely said that there is nothing that they can do. Useless as expected.
