Adding insurance without consent

Mr price insurance have added 2 insurance covers on my *** without consent! I have been emailing and phoning them to cancel it with no response!

Even my *** is on a 6 month plan...i owe them R1000 but they have sent me today my invoice to pay R265! I mean 265 x 6 months gives you R1590! How is that possible!

I have problems login into the app and have told them! And no assistance! Are they doing that so i dont see all the ***** going on on my ***? Adding 2 insurances and intrest of R500????
