Account not closed

Good day.<br> <br> So I received an invoice / statement of what I still need to pay to MR Price via the MR Price money card.<br> I received the statement from Theresha Pillay.<br> I paid the outstanding amount and requested the account to be closed.<br> I sent the email to [Email Removed] with the request to close the account on 10 February.<br> <br> After a few days I went to MR Price Home and asked to confirm if the account is closed.<br> They asked my ID Number and confirmed that the account was closed via the MR Price Money card.<br> That was the MR Price Home branch in Montana Park.<br> <br> Now I received an invoice on 23 March stating that I should pay the amount of R9.90 for Client Protection plan.<br> Firstly my account was paid off and asked for closure, why was it not closed and why did I receive false information from MR Price Home that said it was closed.<br> Secondly why R9.90 for a Client Protection Plan if there is no outstanding credit on the account.<br> <br> I went to Mr Price Money and paid R9.90 to get the account closed.<br> Landi confirmed it will be closed over the phone at MR PRice Sport.<br> Please confirm it is closed as I am keeping all Documentation of everything everyone said.<br> <br> Kind Regards
